[MAKE] SIMPLE CUPCAKE TOPPER

This simple cupcake topper is super easy to make. First you cut a stripey paper straw in half, then you wrap a strip of sticker paper around the straw [I printed "HI FRIEND" but you could easily handwrite a message] and cut the edge with a pair of scalloped scissors. I think it makes this sweet treat a little more sweeter.
