Lardo is one of our favorite food carts on SE Belmont in Portland. On this lunch date Appah ordered the pork belly sandwich and I ordered the double burger with handcut Lardo fries. Both dishes were really good but I have to say the Lardo sauce on the double burger is amazing.

YUM! I would have never realized it was a food truck from that first photo; they really gave it an original look.
