[READ] TARTINE BREAD

I love bread and I love Tartine Bakery so it is no surprise that I love Tartine Bread, written by Chad Robertson. The kind folks at Chronicle Books sent me the book and it was love at first sight. The book teaches you how to make different types of bread and takes it a step further and shows you how to use the breads as the basis for delicious sandwiches, burgers and salads. If you're a baker or dreaming of becoming a bread maker then I think you will enjoy this book.
