SUMMER VACATION / WEEK EIGHT

Sorry for the radio silence but I've been laying low and enjoying the final week of summer vacation and celebrating the first week of school. We've said goodbye to our long leisurely days together peppered with speed skating, Korean and robotics classes and hello to new classmates, new teachers and a new school day routine.

I do not know about you, but this is one of my favorite times of the year! Once my stay in the Cape Cod rentals is over, and were home and comfortable again, school comes along, and the kids are no longer bored sitting around the house! I have some free time to myself and can get some crafts done and get the house in order (and clean!) again! You sound like you had a packed summer, I bet you enjoy this as much as I do!

It sounds like you had a great summer. I didn't get to take a vacation this summer but my husband and I are looking at vacation rentals in Madeira Beach for next summer. I can't wait, we both really need a vacation.
