SCALLOPED-CIRCLE GIFT WRAP FOR MARTHASTEWART.COM

I am excited to share with you a project I worked on for MarthaStewart.com. In case you have not checked out the new MarthaStewart.com, you should because it is filled with clever and beautiful craft projects and recipes. They asked four bloggers to use the Martha Stewart Crafts Circle Edge Punch to make some Pretty Punched Paper projects. I used the Circle-Edge Punch and the Eyelet Doily punch cartridge to create some fun packaging projects (you know how I love packaging!). I love the contrast between the delicate nature the paper doilies and the bold colors. You can read more about my Scalloped-Circle Gift Wrap projects here.

SPOOKY EYES GIFT TAG DIY FOR OH HAPPY DAY

A few years ago I designed and made the decorations for the boys' school Halloween carnival back in the States. I covered the lower half of the windows with black butcher paper and made dozens of spooky eye balls to adhere to the paper. I love how the yellow eyes pop against the black. I thought the spooky eyes would be perfect for cute Halloween gift tags, fun for wrapping up goodies for friends and classmates. You can read about how to make the Spooky Eyes Gift Tag right here.

HALLOWEEN HEART FACE BOX DIY FOR OH HAPPY DAY

I'm not much of a logo person, but I do love the Comme des Garçons Play logo. Inspired by their chic heart logo, I designed these sweet little orange heart face boxes, perfect for Halloween (try different color hearts for other holidays or special occasions). You can find the entire post with instructions here.
